Shipping

Shipping is calculated based on item size and weight.

Shipping prices are calculated by weight and we usually ship within 3-5 days. Sometimes delays can occur if the item is out of stock. If your item is on back order allow 5-21 days for shipment. Keep an eye on the specific product page for real time stock levels.

Delivery in GCC countries typically takes 2-3 working days and it is free on orders above 160AED. If your order below 160AED we will contact you for shipping fees and details after you place an order. This does not include delivery to remote rural addresses in country areas. We will send you an email immediately notifying you that your order has been shipped.

Delivery in other Middle east courtiers other than UAE takes 3-5 working days depend on how far it is from UAE, you may choose the available price for on the website for delivery to your address .

Packages will ship with available couriers in Middle East countries; include Aramex,EMS, Empost, DHL or UPS, Speedex which requires a signature upon delivery (if sent registered – by request) for the receipt of your order. If no one is in at your given postal address, they will leave a note with full details on how to arrange re-delivery, or collection from your local Post Office.

Upon shipment you will be emailed an Order Tracking Number (tracked orders only). If you have any questions at all email us at any time.

Shipping to Middle East countries are subject to each country custom rules, if any custom fees applicable to your package which has been shipped by dslaboratories.ae, customer is eligible to pay for those fees.

Unavailable Items

We do our best to make sure all items on the website are in-stock, if they’re unavailable for purchase it means we’ve sold out. We will notify you upon processing of your order if there will be any delays and we always make sure we present what is in stock on our products pages. We are under no obligation to supply the products ordered unless we have the products in stock and they are available at the prices specified.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

All sales are final. If your package is damaged we are happy to replace it if we are notified of your intention to return damaged goods within 3 business days of delivery. Contact us with your name, address, order number and reason for return. Email us. We’ll take care of the return postage and the shipping of the replacement.

We do not do exchanges. Again, all sales are final. contact us if you have any questions or special circumstances.

If a refund is in order we will re-credit the original sum paid less any postal delivery costs.

Payment

We accept Paypal or Direct Bank Deposit (EFT) , credit card for all countries and/ or Cash on Delivery (COD) for UAE only. Payment is collected from your account upon immediate receipt of your order from our web store. If using PayPal to pay with credit card, all credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.

If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to http://stark-link.com, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
